MRS, ANNIE SIMMONS BUCKINGHAM, VA., March 18 --Mrs, Annie Crews Simmons, 86, died Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Harmon Rosen, near here.

She was twice married, her first husband being G. W. Collins and the second Paul Simmons.

She is survived by a son, Clarence Collins, of Richmond; a stepson, T. A. Collins, of Buckingham; a son, Vivian S. Simmons, of Richmond; three daughters, Mrs. Annie Green Simmons, of Richmond; Mrs. Lula Llewellyn, of Mt. Vinco, Buckingham County, and Mrs. Rosen; one brother, William Crews, of Portsmouth, and one sister, Mrs. Lou Davis, of Scottsville.

A funeral service will he conducted at 2:30 P. M. Monday in Mulberry Grove Baptist Church, with burial In the church cemetery.
