Cronkhite Funeral Here Saturday 3 P.M.

Mr. Hugh Cronkhite, a former resident of the Friendship Community, north of Guymon, passed away early last Sunday morning in Highland Hospital, Oakland, California. Mr. Cronkhite was 70 years of age and had lived in Texas County 30 years before moving to California, where he has made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Alice Sparks of Hayward, California, for the past 10 years. The body will arrive here Friday morning and funeral services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. in the Christian church, Guymon, with Rev. Gregg in charge. Friends may call at the Howlett Funeral Home. Mr. Cronkhite is survived by 3 daughters, Mrs. Alice Sparks, Hayward, California, Mrs. Jessie Knight, Bakersfield, California, and Mrs. Anna Bender, Guymon, Oklahoma.
