Jacqueline "Jackie" Aab, 81,
Jacqueline Aab of Wapakoneta, formerly of Conant Road, Spencerville, died at 2:05 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, 2004, at The Gardens, Wapakoneta. She was born June 29, 1923, in Lima, the daughter of Dr. Franklin G. and Mary (Ryan) Aab, and they preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Dr. Barry (Christine) Aab, of Wapakoneta; two grandsons, Steven Aab of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Daniel Aab of Botkins. She was preceded in death by a brother, Franklin Aab.
Jackie worked as a clerk with the National Lime & Stone Co., Buckland for over 50 years. Her hobbies included reading, crocheting and caring for her dogs. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta, with the Rev. Al Swartz officiating.
Burial will follow in the Fort Amanda Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the Auglaize County Humane Society. (Wapakoneta Daily News, Wapakoneta, Ohio, October 28, 2004).
