WRIGHT Carla Burden Wright was born December 29, 1951, in Daphne, Alabama, to the union of the late Louis and Merteil Burden. Carla, a resident of College Park, Georgia, departed this life on December 2, 2012. She leaves to cherish her memories a husband, Johnnie Wright; two children, Shawn Burden and DeMarcus Baldwin; seven grandchildren, Philanda, DeMarcus, Jr., Marquis, DeMarniece, Daylyn, DeMarius, Bryce; six sisters, Helen (Robert) Harbins, Barbara (John) Woods, Agnes McGill, Annice (Mario) Thomas, Janice (Ruben) Robinson, Pamela Howell; three brothers, Louis (Barbara) Burden, Cedric (Patricia) Burden, Vincent Burden; two sister-in-laws, Letha Mae Wright, Annie Williams; one brother-in-law, Alonza Wright. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012, at 10am until the 12pm funeral hour at Living Word Christian Center, 1401 Government St, Mobile.
