Mary Elizabeth Martin Allen, 61, of Sharon Ave., Asheboro, died Saturday, Sept. 19, 1998, at her home.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Balfour Baptist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Jack Kivett and Dr. Robert Blanton officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park.
She was a native of Burke County and employed with Roses Department Stores.
Surviving are husband, Roy Vinson Allen of the home; daughter, Janet Allen Poole of Asheboro; son, Michael Keith Allen of Asheboro; parents, Ernest and Gertrude Martin of Monroe; brother, Benny Martin of Monroe; two grandchildren.
The family will be at Ridge Funeral Home 6-8 p.m. Sunday and other times at the home.
