Eleanor M. (Arrow) Miller, 95, of Windsor, went to be with her Lord, Tuesday, December 21, 2004, at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Sharon Miller. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold R. Miller; a son, Richard E. Miller; a granddaughter, Teresa Miller; and a brother, Ken Arrow. She is survived by two sons, Ray and Sharon Miller, Binghamton, Douglas Miller, Windsor; a daughter-in-law, Phyllis Miller, Windsor; six grandchildren, David, Elaine, and Lisa Miller, Tina Rucky, Ray Miller, Jr., and Amanda Miller; six great-great-grandchildren, Doreen Miller, Audrey Hoyt, Ariel Miller, Zachary Miller, Ashley Rucky and Andrew Rucky; three great-grandchildren; two nephews, Art and Ken Arrow; also many special friends. Eleanor was born in Washington, D.C. and graduated from Binghamton High School and Cortland Normal School. She was a former schoolteacher. Eleanor was a member of the Ouaquaga United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School and sang in the choir for many years. She was a former president of the Martha Circle, retiring after serving for nine years.
