Marcia was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1943 with a bachelor of arts, Phi Beta Kappa. She was a member of the BK Chapter of PEO, an alumni of Pi Beta Phi, Athene Club, Christian Women's Fellowship at the First Christian Church and enjoyed playing in her Tri-Tables bridge club.
She and Rufus J. Green were married March 14, 1959 in Okla. City and he preceded her in death March 1, 1985.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, John Ray and Louise Green, Duncan and a daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn and Jack Henley, Edmond, OK., four grandchildren, Helen Parker, Norman, OK., Anne and Jeff Sauls, Charlotte, NC, Heather and Blair Swedeen, San Francisco, CA., Hallie and William Sims, Houston, TX., seven great-grandchildren and a sister, Eloise Garvin, Murfreesboro, TN.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus J. Green, her parents, Ray F. and Alma Glahn Mullendore and three sisters.
