Her Obituary:
Mrs. Meredith Touchstone Stewart of Huntsville Highway, Fayetteville, died Monday in Huntsville Hospital of an apparent heart attack. She was 67.
Services were Wednesday at Gallant Funeral Home with Dr. Mike Davis and Roy Warren officiating. Burial was in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Stewart was a retired seamstress from Blue Ridge Shirt Mfg. Co., a native of Lincoln County, and a daughter of the late Robert Lee and Sarah Sanders Touchstone. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
She is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Irene O'Neal, Mrs. Ruby Posey, Mrs. Lola Hardin, and Mrs. Lucille Lewis, all of Fayetteville.
