Irma Jean A. Martin 1941-2011
BRADENTON, Fla. — Irma Jean A. Pellegrini Martin, 70, of Bradenton, Fla., died Tuesday, Nov. 15, at Tidwell House with her loving family by her side.
Memorial Mass for Irma will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, at St. Patrick's Church in Seneca with Monsignor Raymond Boyle and Father Stanislaus Mutajwaha officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service Tuesday at the church.
Irma was born April 30, 1941, in Marseilles, to Fernet and Lillian Pellegrini. She married Russell Martin on Aug. 8, 1959.
She retired from Seneca Grade School after 21 years of service. She was a member of the Moose in Bradenton.
She is survived by her loving husband, Russell; their daughter, Lori Martin of Marseilles; daughter, Lynn (Bob) Underhill of Seneca; and son, Larry (Mari) Martin of Omaha, Neb. She has been blessed with eight grandchildren, Andrew, Zach, Grant and Carter Martin and Luke, Brittany, Cole and Maya Underhill; one great-granddaughter, Harlow Martin; one brother, Jerry Pellegrini of Streator; one sister-in-law, Mona Pellegrini of Morris; and two brothers-in-law, Harlen Neimann of Seneca and Lester Gaff of Streator.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter; her brothers, Donald and Louis Pellegrini; brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Gloria Pellegrini; sister, Elaine Neimann; and brothers-in-law, Bob and Jean Martin, Raymond and Rosemary Martin and Dean and Cecilia Hovious and Dorthy Gaff.
