MARKSVILLE - Services for Eddie J. Ducote will be at 1 p.m. today in the chapel of Hixson Bros. with the Rev. Jules Claes officiating. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Moncla.
Ducote, 57, of Marksville died at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in his residence.
Survivors include one son, Terrel Ducote of Marksville; two daughters, Gayle Lemoine of Hessmer and Sherrill Bordelon of Marksville; one stepdaughter Betty Desselles of Marksville; one brother, James Earnest Ducote of Chalmette; his mother, Sybil Dauzat of Marksville; and seven grandchildren.
Friends may call until time of services today in the funeral home.
