Also surviving are a son, Derrick Alan, Sidney; a brother, Chuck (Tabitha), Sidney; and a sister, Sharon (Rob) Applegate, Sidney.
Deceased are paternal grandparents, Willard and Gladys Hughes; and maternal grandparents, Melvy and Donna Liess.
He was a 1980 graduate of Sidney High School. He worked at Direct Graphics for 20 years, and was employed by Clean All for the past 5 years.
