Carolyn grew up in Delphos and loved people. For many years, she was a caregiver for others in their home and cared for the Sidener family for over 20 years. In the late 1980's, she moved to Concordia where she has lived ever since. She married John Staley and this union was later dissolved.
Besides her work as a caregiver, Carolyn was always ready to play Bingo or go bowling. She loved kids but always made them mind. Quieter moments were happiest spent watching her favorite old-time television shows.
She was a member of First Christian Church, Concordia.
Her parents, sister Daisy Jepson, brothers Ted, Don, Lewis, Gene, Kenny, Milton, and Doug Jamison preceded her in death.
Survivors are her brothers Les Jamison and wife Jeannie of Delphos, Ronald Jamison of Abilene, Jim Jamison and wife Margaret of Manchester; a host of many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at First Christian Church in Concordia with burial following in the Delphos Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Funeral Expense Fund. Friends may call from 1:00 P.M. until service time at the church.
