Phyllis S. Braithwaite Dunn, died March 22, 1987 in Tooele, Utah.

She was born on August 7, 1911, in Elsinore, Utah to Sarinda Willardson and Lester Braithwaite.

She married Raymond W. Dunn. He preceded her in death.

She was an active member in the LDS Church, Republican Party, and Tooele Senior Citizens.

She was owner of Fabric Specialty Center until ill health caused her to sell the store. Music was important to her and she will be remembered for the many functions she played for.

Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Del (Connie) Merrell, Mrs. Marty (Sandra) Payne; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Fawn Whitney; and brother, Wayne Braithwaite.

Funeral will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Tooele 5th-8th Ward, 196 North Pinehurst Avenue.

Friends may call at Tate Mortuary one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Tooele City Cemetery.
