ORDER FOR HEARING.
STATE OF MINNESOTA - Freeborn County - ss {special session}. In Probate Court.
In the matter of the estate of Ole Oleson, deceased.
On reading and filing the petition of Emily Oleson, widow of Ole Oleson deceased, representing, among other things, that Ole Oleson late of Nunda, in said county, on the 16th day of January, A.D. 1879 at Nunda in said county, died intestate, and being a resident of this county at the time of his death, leaving goods, chattels, and estate withing county, and that the said petitioner is widow of the deceased, and praying that administration of said estate be to Alfred Emery, or to such other person as the court may deem proper, granted, it is ordered that said petition be heard before the Judge of this Court, on Monday, the 30th day of June, A.D. 2879, at 10 o'clock a.m., at the Probate Office in Albert Lea, in said county.
Ordered further, that notice thereof be given to the heirs of said deceased, and to all persons for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, in the Freeborn county Standard, a weekly newspaper printed and published at Albert Lea, in said county.
