Gail was born Jan. 18, 1918, in Adel, Iowa, and lived her entire life there. She and her husband, Rex, raised two daughters and enjoyed spending their time with their family, especially their six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, who lovingly called her "Mammo."
Gail is survived by daughters Kay (Jack) Sutton of Urbandale and Pam (Jerry) Bond of Adel; grandchildren John Sutton, Stacey Bond, Tom Sutton, Stefanie Bond, Angie Schmitz, and Michelle Gartner; great-grandchildren Kirsten Bond, Kenna Sutton, Jordyn Barthman, Sidney Sutton, Josh Schmitz, Tatum Schmitz, Grace Sutton, and Christopher Gartner.
Gail is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Rex, and her two sisters, Beverly Morris and Jean Rogers.
