Many comments have been made regarding the discrepancy between the date of the death of Henry's first wife, Mary Perkins, and his marriage of his second wife, Mary Page nee Hussey.
Mary Perkins' death has been recorded as April 26, 1690, and the New Hampshire, Marriage Records Index, 1637-1947 indicates that Henry's marriage to Mary Hussey Page was on March 10, 1690.
The discrepancy is explained by the change of years, where dates from Jan 1 to March 24 were recorded in the old style, which when adjusted for the new style, adds a year.
Therefore, Mary Perkins' death, after March 24, 1690 was prior to Henry's marriage to Mary Hussey Page on April 26, 1690, which when adjusted is April 26, 1691.

FAG contributor Squirrel suggests that the date of death must be earlier, as (s)he has found a New Hampshire marriage record of Henry Green to Mary (Hussey) Page on March 10, 1690. This is disputed by FAG contributor Shelley Ketchum.
