Mrs. Cora Shanafelter, aged 51 years, of Blain R. D., died Tuesday, January 6, in the Carlisle Hospital.
The deceased is survived by her husband, Guy D. Shanafelter, and twelve children, Mrs. Helen Kane, Mrs. Ruth Owens, and Richard, all of Chester; Mrs. Inez Bender, of Loysville; Harold, of Landisburg R. D.; Kenneth, in the U. S. Air Force; Warren, Guy N., Shirley, Betty, James and Patricia, all of Blain R. D.; three brothers, Roy, Norman and Gern Anderson, all of Lancaster county, and eleven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p. m. at the New Germantown Methodist Church with the Rev. Grantus Hoopert officiating. Interment will be in the Blain Cemetery.
Friends may call at the home, near Blain, after 7:00 p. m. Thursday.
