Eloise Bailey, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away at the age of 99. She was one of three children born to Bertha and Clarence Badger of Mill City. She is survived by her son, Kenneth; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by Wes, her husband of 72 years; her son, Robert; her brother, Ronald; and her twin sister, Ellen. A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, 2012 at Gateway Little Chapel of the Chimes.
