She was born on May 12, 1932 to Lee and Wilda Gill.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Fred. J. Bryant, Sr., her son, Fred J. Bryant, Jr. and his wife, Deborah Walker Bryant. Her grandchildren are Gill Jay Bryant and his wife, Mayme, great-granddaughter Georgia Walker Bryant, and Clay Dean Bryant and his wife, Amber. She is survived by two brothers, Lewis Gill of Metairie, and James Gill of Amite. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Huey Wayne Bryant, her brothers, Homer,, Carl, James and Roy Gill, her sisters, Angie Ferrara, Agnes Adams, and Evelyn Gill.
Visiting will be at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc., Zachary service, conducted by Rev. Raymond Earl Gill. Burial will be in Green Oaks Cemetery in Baton Rouge.
