HOUSEL, JOHN H.
John H. HOUSEL, 71, of Mill Run died at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday in his home.
He was born June 15, 1891 at Myersdale, a son of the late Samuel E. and Susan PARKER HOUSEL and had been a lifelong resident of Mill Run. He was a member of the Hampton Church of God.
Surviving are his widow, Phoebe E.; five sons, Kenneth D. of Vestaburg; James E. of Cleveland, Ohio; Clarence P. of Hiram, Ohio; William M. of Anaheim, California; and John H. of Connellsville; three daughters, Mrs. Jordan (Susie) HUFFMAN of Jefferson; Mrs. George (Mary) THOMAS of Mount Pleasant; and Annie A. at home; 24 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
The body will be at the Brooks Funeral Home at Indian Head after 7 p.m. today. The funeral service will be held there at 2:30 a.m. Saturday. Interment will be in Mill Run Baptist Cemetery. DC Thurs. 6-13-1963
