Renee Lee Clark, 67, of Cloquet died Thursday, Jan. 7, 2010 in her home from cancer with her loving family by her side. She was born Jan. 21, 1942 in Duluth to Earl and Betty Burns. Renee married Clarence Clark on July 10, 1961 and together they raised three children. She had a passion for sewing, cooking and spending time outdoors. Renee was a kind, giving, and caring person. She was generous not only with her time but with her material possessions as well. She was always there to help others and she will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She was a member of the Carlton County Historical Society, Bethel Lutheran Church in Scanlon and its Ladies Aide.

Renee was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her husband, Clarence; one son, Duane Clark; two daughters, Del Marie Clark and Donna Clark; her mother, Betty Burns, brother, Randy Burns; brother-in-law, Roy (Betty) Clark; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Monday, Jan. 11, 2010 in the Atkins-Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th St. in Cloquet. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery.
