At an early age, Flossie was baptized, joined, and faithfully served the Flat Rock Baptist Church, Kenbridge, Va. She attended Lunenburg County Public Schools.
Funeral services were held on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at Flat Rock Baptist Church, South Hill, with the Rev. Dr. Herman Lundy, Pastor officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Services were entrusted to the staff of the Oris P. Jones Funeral Establishment, South Hill, VA.
