Catherine Luggar, 57, of Solway, MN, died on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at the Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, North Dakota.

Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the Cease Family Funeral Home in Bagley with Rev. Bill Goodman officiating. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted with the arrangements.

She was born January 18, 1954 in Carrington, North Dakota, the daughter of Arthur and Elsie (Partlow) Freeman. She grew up and attended school in Carrington and Kensal, North Dakota.

She married Terry Luggar on May 31, 1986 in Carrington. They lived in Jamestown until moving to rural Solway, MN in the early 1990's. She worked as a housekeeper at the Super 8 Motel in Bemidji.

She loved animals, doing embroidery, crafts and handiwork.

She is survived by her husband- Terry of Solway, MN One Sister- Lois (Jim) Mahutga of Carrington, ND Two Brothers- Art (Virginia) Freeman of Carrington, ND Fred (Verna) Freeman of Carrington, ND Mother and father –in-law- Don and Delores Luggar of Shevlin, MN Brothers-in-law- Bruce (Carrie) Luggar of Shevlin, MN Randy (Amy) Luggar of Minneapolis, MN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters- Shirley and Marie, and an infant brother.
