Funeral service for Mrs. Esther M. Hon, 710 S.W. 5th avenue, will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Little Chapel of the Chimes, with interment at Riverview cemetery.

Mrs. Hon died at her home Saturday. Born in Des Moines, Ia., September 6, 1864, she came to Oregon 60 years ago and to Portland 12 years ago. She was a member of the Burlingame Baptist church.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Bernice Burns and Mrs. Ellen Yocom, Portland; Mrs. Gladys Hunt, Boise, and Mrs. Dora Shaver, Ontario; a brother, Levy Maxwell, Redonia, Kan, 13 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
