Portland Elks lodge, of which he was a member and cashier, will officiate at services Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Little Chapel of the Chimes for Claude Edwin Ewing, who died Saturday at a local hospital. His residence was 825 N.E. 78th avenue.
Interment will be in Riverview cemetery.
Mr. Ewing was born in Eugene August 7, 1901, and made his home in Portland the past 28 years.
He is survived by the widow, Madge; his mother, Mrs. Anna Ewing; sister, Margaret Donaldson, and three brothers, Henry, Jack and Roy Ewing, all of Portland.
