She was born on June 25, 1925, at Black Oak, AR., to the late Floyd and Anna Bolton Smith.
Mrs. Lucille was a homemaker and a member of the Mangrum Church of Christ. She enjoyed yard work, her farm land and her grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, Roger Bell of Caraway; a daughter and her husband, Madonna and Dewey Plunkett of Monette; seven grandchildren, James Lee Plunkett of Jacksonville, Jalena Bagley and husband Tommy of Manila, Michele Meadows and husband Rick of Jonesboro, Jo Ellen Sturgeon and husband Al of Malibu, California, Janna Brewer of Mt. Home, Heath Primm and wife Jennifer of Jonesboro and Tonya Mason and husband Chris of Caraway; eleven great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, J. L. Bell.
A celebration of her life was held at the Gregg Funeral Home in Caraway. Burial was at Caraway Cemetery.
