Jerrene (Brown) Hartshorn, of Friendship Village of Dublin, died peacefully November 28, 2012. Born in Cleveland, Tennessee, July 22, 1918.

She was a graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan and received a B.S. degree from University of Tennessee. She was a former member of Shepherd and Bexley Methodist churches; Academy of Medicine Auxiliary; Member of Bethel United Methodist, Women's Service Board of Grant Hospital, Norwester Women's Club. Former member of Ridgecliffand Downtown Dance Clubs, Senior Centers. Served for 18 years at Cytologist in Cancer Research Projects of N.I.H.

She was preceded in death by
parents, Jerre and Bessie Chambers;
5 brothers and 2 sisters;
first husband, F. Duane Brown, M.D.;
second husband, Herbert Hartshorn.

She is survived by
son, Carter (Ruth) Brown, Dearborn, Mich;
daughters, Bev Goldpaugh, Hurley, N.Y., and Lois (Bill) Weston of Worthington, OH;
Six grandchildren, Lindsay, Mike and Chelsea Brown, Matt Goldpaugh, Max and Tobie Weston;
stepchildren, Ron and Nancy Hartshorn;
many nieces, nephews, cousins;
3 sisters-in-law.

Funeral Service at Friendship Village of Dublin, 6000 Riverside Drive, Dublin, Ohio. Inurnment in Fort Hill Cemetery Cleveland, Tennessee.
