WILEY, Jean, 78, of Sebring Florida, formerly of Powhatan, died June 21, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jay Brown; and one son, Kenneth Wayne Wiley. She is survived by two sons, Robert Wiley of Powhatan and Curtis Wiley of Nevada; four stepchildren, Donnie, Ronnie, Connie and Evonne of New York; one sister, Shirley Duty of Cumberland; one brother, Douglas Rivers of New Mexico; two close friends, Arlene Perry and Hazel Mattox, both of Florida; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 16, at 11 a.m. in the Powhatan Community Cemetery.
