Patricia Ann Reedy, resident of Ponca City, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2012, at Kindred Hospital in Oklahoma City. She was 75.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, December 3, 2012 at the First Baptist Church with Pastor Andy Taylor, officiating. Burial will then follow at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.
Pat was born on December 6, 1936 to Roy Glenn McClaskey and Madeline Goldie Colvin in Ponca City, Oklahoma.
She was raised in Ponca City, Oklahoma. She was married to James "Jim" Reedy on December 23, 1954 in Ponca City, OK. She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church; loved people, gardening, cooking and watching Dancing with the Stars. Her and Jim both had a love for the Ponca City Wrestling program.
She is survived by her two sons; James Darrell Reedy and wife Paula of Wichita Falls, Texas; John David Reedy and wife Pam of Ponca City, OK. Five Grandchildren; Brett Reedy; Jennifer Rains and her husband Eli; John Touart and wife Wendy; Kenny Johnson; James E. Johnson, Jr.; several great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She is also survived by her sister, Glenda Brown and husband Clark of Ponca City, OK and their children, Sherrie Brown, Lesha Brown and Brett Brown; Brother, Gary McClaskey and wife Mary of Texas and a cousin Rhonda Mohler and family; and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jim; Parents, and one infant brother, Darrell McClaskey.
Casketbearers will be Joe Dempewolf, Dale Conner, Mike Angle, Jamey Johnson, Greg Valley, and Ron Jones.
Honorary Casketbearers will be Brett Reedy, Randy Higgs, Steve Larimer, Eli Rains, David Mowdy, and Clark Brown.
