Jerry Anderson McCall, 75, of Morganton, went to be with the Lord, Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, while at his residence.

Born Sept. 22, 1937, in Burke County, he was a son of the Late James Anderson McCall and is survived by his mother, Georgie Lee Lail McCall Greene, of Morganton.

He was also preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.

Mr. McCall served his Country in the United States National Guard.

He served at Drexel Furniture for 45 years, until their closing.

In addition to his Mother, Mr. McCall leaves behind to cherish his memory a son, Christopher A. McCall, of Morganton; two daughters, Peggy McCall Johnson and Teresa Lee McCall, both of Morganton; three brothers, Paul, David and Charles McCall, all of Morganton; seven grandchildren and 12 great- grandchildren, will also cherish his memory.

Interment in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
