Jacquelyn S. Buckman, 57, Henderson, died at 11 p.m. Oct. 12, 2007, at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tenn.

She was employed at Accuride Corporation for 20 years and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Temple for 50 years.

She was preceded in death by her brother, John Scott Overfield, and her father, James G. Overfield, both of whom died in 2002.

Survivors include a daughter, Angela Buckman Veazey of Nashville; a son, Niles K. Buckman of Henderson; her mother, Joyce Stalling Knight and stepfather, Kenny Knight, of Henderson; a brother, Jamie L. Overfield of New Smyrna Beach, Fla.; two grandchildren, Aidan Buckman of Henderson and Davis Veazey of Nashville; and a niece, Brandy Ware of New Smyrna Beach.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Jimmy Hancock will officiate.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Ronald McDonald House, Louisville, Ky., www.rmnc.com, or the Prevent Cancer Foundation, www.preventcancer.org, or to the Immanuel Baptist Temple Building Fund.
