Myrna L. Peterson , 88, of 327 Essex , Corry , died Wednesday at the Methodist Nursing Hospital in Meadville. She had been a resident of the Methhodist Nursing Home since 1970. She was born May 19, 1884 in Spartansburg and attended school in Union City. Her husband Rolla (Jack ) Peterson, preceeded her in death in 1946. She was a well known seamstress in the Corry area. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Corry and the Golden Links Sunday School Class. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. John (Alberta) Rogers of Cambridge Springs and Mrs. Warren (Helen) Ross of Corry ; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren . Friends may call at the Bracken Funeral Home , Corry Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Servives will be Saturday at 4 p.m. with Rev. Reed J. Hurst officiating . Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetey, Corry.
