He was a native of Lincoln County, son of Danny Lee Gibson of Lincolnton and the late Alice Whitworth Gibson.
FUNERAL: 10 a.m. Friday, Warlick Funeral Home Chapel, Lincolnton
INTERMENT: Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery
VISITATION: Following the graveside service
