Mrs. Ethel Pauline Shelton Leavitt, 21, wife of Louis Truman Leavitt, 2734 Monroe, died at the family home at seven a.m. today after a two-year illness.
Mrs. Leavitt was born Sept. 10, 1926, in Ogden, a daughter of Frank and Emma Eardley Shelton. She had made Ogden her home all her life. She was a member of the L.D.S. church. She was formerly active in the Third ward. Mr. and Mrs. Leavitt were married June 13, 1942 in Malad, ID.
Surviving are her husband, her mother, of Roy; four brothers, Presley A. and James Shelton, Ogden; Harold Shelton, San Bernardino, Calif., and Orland Shelton, Salt Lake City.
The body is at the mortuary, 3406 Washington.
