The grave inscriptions in the cemetery have been recorded on at least 2 occasions: once in 1934 and again in 2001. At one time a grave stone apparently existed for Joanna; I did not find it in 2012. The recorders give the following inscription:
died Oct. 1800
age 60 yrs.
They added the notation that she was the daughter of Ebenezer Dibblee & Joanna Bates.
The family Bible of Joanna's nephew James Harvey says she died 7 Oct 1800 at age 61y 4m 1d and was born 18 Jun 1739. It should be noted that the math doesn't work. But whether one, or both, of the dates is wrong or the age at death is wrong I do not know at this time.
