Mrs. Victoria Elizabeth (Sawtelle) Reed, 43, of Swifton died Sunday, November 25, 2012. She was born December 20, 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee, the daughter of Ralph "Pat" and Faye (Brinkley) Sawtelle. She married Mr. Jerry Wayne Reed of Swifton on February 15, 1991.
Mrs. Reed was a substitute teacher for the Swifton School District, and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Newport. She loved taking care of children, and her dogs.
Mrs. Reed was preceded in death by her father, Ralph "Pat" Sawtelle; and one brother, James "Jimmy" Sawtelle, Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Wayne Reed; her mother, Faye (Brinkley) Sawtelle of West Memphis; one stepdaughter, Misty Dawn Scudder of Campbell Station; one step-granddaughter, Jordyn Nicole Lane; one nephew, James Harland Sawtelle, Jr. of Searcy; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Graveside services are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Swifton Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home Tuesday, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Pallbearers will be David McClellan, Gary Owens, James Goza, Anthony Dicker, Millard Eddington, and Joe Howard.
