ENOREE, SC-- Mary Estelle Kennedy Duncan, 84, of 580 Watson Road, passed away Monday, January 4, 2010, at the Regional Hospice Home.
A native of Spartanburg County, she was born January 6, 1925, to the late Creighton and Minnie Robertson Kennedy and the widow of William Franklin Duncan. Mrs. Duncan was a retired employee with McCall Publishing.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family and was predeceased by one sister, Sara Kennedy Harrison; and two brothers, William "Bill" Kennedy and David Pinkney Kennedy.
Funeral services will be conducted today, Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at 3:00 PM at the Lanford Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Curtis Terry. Interment will follow in Greenhaven Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held from 2:00-2:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
