Grimm, Pastor at the Methodist Episcopal Church to Friedrika Klocke. He gave his intent for naturalization in Boston, MA and was naturalized in May 1860 in Rock Island, Rock Island Co, Illinois.
Lived his latter years with son, Theodore, in WI and is buried in the same plot in the cemetery as Theodore in Washburn, Bayfield, Co., WI in the Protestant Cemetery (original part of Woodland Cemetery).
