"John W. Wright, 70, of 5108 Atkins Road, retired carpenter, died Monday in Port Huron Hospital. Mr. Wright was born Aug. 15, 1883 in Sanilac County. His wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Wright, died in 1942. He is survived by two sons, John W. Wright Jr. and Harland Wright; a daughter, Mrs. Catherine Young, and two grandchildren, John E. and Michael D. Wright, all of Port Huron. The remains are in the Robert F. Hartley funeral home where funeral services will be conducted... Rev. Clinton Ball, North Street, will officiate. Burial will be in the Lakeside Cemetery."
