Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Glen Abbey Memorial Park for Mona Bridges, 39, of 4399 Grace Rd., Bonita. Rev. Everett Sorenson of the Chula Vista Community Congregational Church will officiate.
Mrs. Bridge, known as "Mike", died yesterday in a local hospital of kidney ailment. She was a native of Wisconsin and had lived here 21 years.
Mrs. Bridge was the first president of the Ladies of the Elks Lodge, 2011, Chula Vista. She was also a member of the Bonita Valley Country Club and prominent in valley and Chula Vista civic affairs.
She is survived by her husband, John; two sons, Bryan and Rory; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Welch, who winter here annually and four brothers and two sisters out-of-state.
Humphrey Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
