Inez Merree Heidinger, age 84, passed away November 28, 2004 at her home in Chico, Calif. Services are planned for Saturday, December 4th at 1pm at Brusie Funeral Home in Chico.

She and her identical twin sister Ina May were born in Richland County, Ohio on September 8, 1920 to parents, John and Rosanna Keinath. She was married to her high school sweetheart, who was killed in World War II. She and her son moved to Chico in 1946 with her sister's family where she met her current husband, Robert Heidinger. They were married in 1947. They owned and ran several businesses in Chico before they retired.

She was a talented seamstress and cook, and her hobbies included spending time in the garden with her roses and peonies, oil painting, and jewelry making.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert; children: Ross Latimer, Barbara Heidinger, Becky Fischer; step-son Bob Heidinger; sisters, Ina May Marks and Madge Williams; grandchildren: Jackie Latimer, Taylor Latimer, Emily Fischer, Betsy Lambert, and Tom Heidinger.

The family asks that contributions be made in her name to the Multiple Myeloma Foundation or Enloe Hospice Program. Published in Chico Enterprise-Record on December 2, 2004.
