Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie "Dianne" and Don Roberts of Franklin, NC and Lucy and Tracy Smith of Statesboro; two sons and daughters-in-law, Elwood and Rita Thompson of Portal and Cheze and Dee Dee Thompson of Statesboro; six grand-children, Clay, Cru, Savannah, Riley and Reid Thompson and Dustin Terrell; two great grandchildren, Payton and Avery; a sister, Ann Harville of Minnesota; a brother, Charles Anderson of Statesboro; a sister-in-law, Margaret Anderson of Statesboro and her beloved dog "Toby". Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church with Elder John Scott officiating, assisted by Elder Curt Bacon.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home of Statesboro is in charge of the arrangements.
