BIDDEFORD - Mrs. Aldea Danforth, 68, of 16 Union Street, Saco, died at her home last night. She was born in Biddeford, the daughter of Ernest and Mathilda Goudreau Richard. She was the widow of Charles H. Danforth. Mrs. Danforth was a member of St. Joseph's Parish. Survivors include two sons, Richard and James, both of Saco; three daughters, Miss Rose Danforth of Augusta, Mrs. Armand Alliette of Methuen, Mass., and Mrs. Conrad Gosselin of Norwalk, CT; two brothers, Joseph E. Richard of Greenville, SC, and Ludger Richard of New Bedford, Mass.; one sister, Mrs. Yvonne Gagnon of Meridan, CT; 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday at 8:30am from St. Joseph's Church. Friends may call at the Cote Funeral Home, 87 James Street, Saco, Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-10pm.
