LeRoy C. Lenoch, 89, of Coralville passed away on Saturday, November 17th, 2012 at the Iowa City Veterans Medical Center.
LeRoy Lenoch was born June 21st, 1923 in Iowa City to James and Emma Vilhauer Lenoch. He graduated from Iowa City High School in 1941. LeRoy enlisted in the United States Army in 1943, serving in WW II and was later injured in the Battle of the Bulge.
On November 18th, 1946, LeRoy married Mary Ann Sibley at Zion Lutheran Church in Iowa City. He was an independent contractor his entire life before retiring. Survivors include his seven children, 22 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Ann, his parents, and two sons, David Lenoch and Johnny Lenoch.
