Ginny was born in Prince William County, Virginia, on February 5, 1931 to the late Max J. and Pearl J. (Russell) Weber. She married her first husband, Charles W. Clabaugh, Sr. in 1949 and he preceded her in death in January 1966. She married Robert "Bob" Kraner on October 17, 1970 and he preceded her on March 1, 1975.
Ginny moved to Ohio in 1964, coming from California. She retired in 2005 from the VFW in Crestline. Ginny welcomed all with her cheerful smile. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed bird watching, fishing and gardening. Ginny enjoyed collecting frog memorabilia.
She is survived by her son, Lloyd S. Clabaugh of Galion, her two daughters, Patricia "Patti" and Mike Stief of Mansfield, and Nancy and John Rapuano of Sarasota, Florida; three grandchildren, James "Nick" and Stefanie Williams, Shane Stinnett, and Devan Stief; two great-grandchildren, Jaimison and Juleeus Williams; her sister, Maxine and Frank Parcell of Red Wood City, Calfornia; her five brothers, Earl and Janet Weber of Houston, Texas, Harold and Carolyn Weber of Thornville, Ohio, Walter and Janet Weber of Madison, Indiana, Harry and Linda Weber of Elkton, Virginia, and Max and Barbara Weber of Culpeper, Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her son, Charles W. Clabaugh, Jr., her three brothers, Walton Weber, Fred Weber and Calvin "TC" Weber; and her three sisters, Gloria Houk, Mary Yeida, and Mildred O'Dell; and her beloved dog Zoe.
Friends may call Monday, November 26, 2012 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home, Crestline. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Fairview Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family.
