Surviving are four sons, Emile Jr. of Murphysboro, Tony A. of Vergennes, Clarence of Centralia and Edward of Brentwood, Mo., a daughter, Miss Rose VanCloostere of Murphysboro; a sister, Mrs. Rose Moniger of Murphysboro; seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. His wife, Minnie died in 1935. He was also preceded in death by six sisters and a brother.
He was a member of St. Andrew's Church and the Knights of Columbus and Knights and Ladies of Illinois.
