Noble Hill, 74, of Star Route West, Huntsville (Drakes Creek Road), died Saturday. A well-known farmer of this county, Mr. Hill had been in ill health the past few years.

He was born in Madison county, Jan. 18, 1891, the son of William Hill and Henryetta Woods Hill.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Susie Hill, of the home; four sons, Kermit Hill of Fontana, Calif.; Hugh Hill of Portland, Oregon; Jay Clark Hill of State Line, Calif., and Kelley Hill of Huntsville; three daughters, Mildred Brooks, of Fayetteville, Lillian Harrison of Wenatchee, Wash., and Darlene Graham of Springdale; two brothers, Daltie and Timber Hill of Route 2, Elkins; one sister, Rillia Mae Goolsby of Route 2, Elkins; 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 22, at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church here with Rev. Sheridan Johnson and Elder Claude Counts officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Liberty cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
