A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 30, at Guilford Memorial Park with her nephew, the Reverend Kevin Cochran officiating.
Rebecca was born May 3, 1925, in Stokes County, N.C. She retired from BellSouth in 1990.
Mrs. Hudson was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hudson.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Sandy Allen and husband, Roger, Vickie McKenzie and husband, Kirby; grandchildren, Michelle Holder, Angie Allen, and Kristi Allen, all of Greensboro, Alexander McKenzie and Ian McKenzie, both of Raleigh; four great grandchildren; and her brother, Jimmy Simpson and wife, Doris of High Point.
Rebecca also leaves behind many friends at Aldersgate Apartments, where she enjoyed playing in the Young At Heart band.
