Stella Fowler Howard, 73, of Pelzer, wife of James Edward Howard, passed away on Friday, October, 25, 2013 at McCall Hospice House.

Born in Piedmont, she was a daughter of the late Dewey and Rachel Dealie Tinsley Fowler. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are daughter, Patricia Costa (Albert) of Simpsonville; son, Samuel Lawhorne (Joanne) of Little River, SC; sister, Helen Ausburn of Williamston; six grandchildren; one great grandchild.
