Glen Lamor Morris, Sr. entered God's Kingdom on November 10th, 2012. He is the son of the Late Thomas Morris Jr. and Helen O. Morris of Milford DE. Glen, affectionately known as "Baby", grew up and graduated from Bridgeville High School; where he was an avid basketball player. After high school, Mr. Morris entered the U.S. Army where he served his country for three years, earning the rank of Specialist.

Mr. Morris was an avid sports fan. His favorite sport was basketball, and his favorite team was the Los Angeles Lakers. When the Lakers played he would cut a conversation short so you did not interrupt his game. He also had a real love for the game of Pool. If not watching sports on television, he was ready to challenge anyone for a quick game of pool. In the meantime, he would talk about how bad he was going to beat you because; he always had his Trusted Pool Stick with him wherever he went.

Glen was a loving son, brother, father, and an adoring grandfather; making sure to call all of his loved ones often and never ending the conversation without saying, "I LOVE YOU". He would go the extra mile for anyone. That was just the man that he was. Mr. Morris was employed at SAKS 5th Avenue in Aberdeen MD for the last four years, where he gained a lot of close friends that he lovingly referred to as family.

Mr. Morris leaves to cherish his memory a Daughter Katiya Cropper (Husband, Alex) Dover, DE. His son, Glen Morris Jr. (Wife, Kellie) Midlothian VA., seven grandchildren; Roger, Detione, Jason, Miniya, Avery, Kayla, and Allen; five brothers; William Morris Sr. of Windsor Mill, MD, Oliver Morris of Milford, DE, Thomas Morris, III of Felton, DE (Wife, Deloise), Bruce Morris of Wilmington, DE, and Eugene Morris of Bridgeville, DE, and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins, friends and a very special friend Lisa Guary (Aberdeen, MD).

A viewing for Glen will be held at the St. Paul United Methodist Church in Milford, DE from 11 to 12, with services starting promptly at Noon on Saturday, November 17th.. Burial will follow at the John Wesley Cemetery in Milford, DE. Letters of condolence may be sent to the family via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
